I replaced the very very tired coilovers I had in my SG
It had the top coilovers that HSD make and I seen they had a good run.
I could have actually got a new set of dampeners for them if I wanted to but I wanted to go softer on the spring rates.
I called up Otomoto in Sydney who are the HSD distributors

I ended up just buying a whole new set

I went back to a 6kg spring rate in the front and a 4kg in the rear
That combined with a 14 point adjustable setting front and rear gave me a very big difference in comfort over the old set.
Well that and the fact that the dampeners in the old set were rooted and a 10kg and a 8kg spring rate ( maybe 8 and 6 )
Service has been good and they are happy to help with questions.
